CETERIS Paribus project (Citizenship Engagement Through Economic Literacy Gamification in Adolescents) emphasises understanding of economics and its impact on our perception of the world around us and our place in it as active citizens. Its name is an abbreviation, but also a Latin phrase popular in economics and meaning “all other things being equal”.
Through the development of interactive educational materials, including media and a very modern, replayable engaging video game, the project creates a space for young people and youth workers to engage in a quest for comprehending, knowing, and acting on important economic terms and laws, boosting civic participation in all democratic processes and reflection on individual roles in the future of our societies.
