Youth worker and trainer. She has years of experience in the field of project management, project administration. She is head of the international project coordination unit and programme, where she develops different methodologies in the field of non-formal education. She prepares and implements different workshops for youth and training for youth workers, teachers, social workers. She has been a researcher as well as project manager for the past 5 years.
Hana Faletić
Involved in the organisation for the last 2 years, she is mostly now, as the field youth worker, working directly with the youth. She is also partly responsible for the marketing and PR. She has been involved in several trainings so she has gained competences in various topics and methods on working with the young people.
Klemen Sagadin is a youth worker who has been in the field of youth work for the past 1o years. He is also a field youth worker, gaining perspective and initiative from the youth directly and also experience in preparing methodologies and adapting different methods of work to different needs of the youth.
Sonja Majcen
Experienced in the field of project management, especially in the field of administrative - financial management that includes reporting, managing of budget's costs and quality control and monitoring. She is also a lecturer and trainer. Competent for managing and evaluating different projects. Along with the project management Mrs. Majcen has extensive experience in the organisation of national and international seminars and workshops.
